OUR WORK
Illegal gambling hurts everybody, and the PA State Police say it is spreading across our state in convenience stores, shopping malls, and storefronts. Minors are playing the slots. The state lottery is losing more than $138 million a year to these slot machines – money that should be going to support our seniors. State law says that gambling machines are allowed only in licensed, regulated, and supervised casinos — not where kids buy candy bars on their way home from school. State police & local authorities need to start removing these machines and closing these illegal casinos. Lawmakers need to protect minors, seniors and our communities by tightening state law. Join Pennsylvanians Against Illegal Gambling (PAIG) and help end illegal gambling in PA.
